A community of real estate experts
Our members are real estate companies, whether listed or not, who may or may not have opted for the status of Listed Real Estate Investment Companies (SIIC). These members can be French companies or the French branches of foreign real estate companies. They represent two main activities: long-term real estate asset leasing and real estate development.
Certain individuals recognized for their particular qualities can be appointed as directors by the General Assembly upon the proposal of the Board of Directors. Méka Brunel, former CEO of Gecina and President of EPRA, and Bertrand de Feydeau, Honorary President of the Palladio Fondation, are members of the Board of Directors as qualified individuals. Their expertise and qualifications contribute to the governance and decision-making processes of the organization.
Corresponding members are individuals, organizations, or entities belonging to the federation's ecosystem, particularly law firms, consulting firms, and auditing firms selected by the FEI for their in-depth knowledge of our industry. Their membership as corresponding members is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. The status of corresponding member allows them, by invitation, to participate in the working groups formed by the federation's commissions and to be invited to our events and gatherings.

Méka Brunel
President of the Palladio Foundation
President of the Palladio Foundation since 2023, Méka Brunel is an engineer (ETP), holds an Executive MBA from HEC, and is a FRICS member. She has held various leadership positions within several real estate companies. In 2006, she became the President of the Management Board of Eurosic. In 2009, she joined Ivanhoé Cambridge, where she became the President of the European division. Méka Brunel became a board member of Gecina in 2014 and was appointed CEO in January 2017. She is actively involved in social and professional organizations, including being the honorary president of the Association HQE - France GBC, Vice-President of the Palladio Foundation before 2023, and a board member of FSIF. In November 2019, she was appointed as a board member of Hammerson plc. Méka Brunel has been honored with the distinction of Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur and has been recognized as Professional of the Year by the Pierres d'Or awards in 2013 and 2018. Her extensive experience, leadership, and recognition in the real estate industry showcase her remarkable contributions and achievements.
Bertrand de Feydeau
Honorary President of the Palladio Fondation
After completing his legal education at Sciences Po and the École du Louvre, he began his career in real estate with the International Real Estate Group. From 1972 to 1982, he played a key role as the Chief Financial Officer in the group's global development. Following that, he served as the head of real estate activities for AXA Group for 18 years. Later, he became the Director General of Economic Affairs for the Diocese of Paris. Since July 2010, he has been serving as the President of the Bernardins Foundation. and was President of the Palladio Foundation from July 2010 to December 2023 . Additionally, he holds positions as Vice-President of the Foundation for Heritage, Vice-President of the Vieilles Maisons Françaises (Old French Houses), and Vice-President of Europa Nostra. His extensive involvement in various foundations and organizations highlights his dedication to the preservation and development of cultural heritage and real estate initiatives
Philippe Pelletier
Président du Plan Bâtiment durable
Avocat honoraire, ancien chargé d’enseignement à l’Université de droit de Paris-2, Philippe Pelletier est l’auteur de rapports publics relatifs à la question du logement et de l’urbanisme. Après avoir été président de l’Union nationale des propriétaires immobiliers (Unpi), puis de l’Agence nationale de l’habitat (Anah), il a été nommé en 2009 par le gouvernement président du Plan Bâtiment Durable. Membre du Conseil supérieur de la construction et de l’efficacité énergétique (CSCEE), Philippe Pelletier préside le Conseil de surveillance de la fédération Habitat et Humanisme et le Conseil de développement de la Métropole du Grand Paris. Il est auteur ou co-auteur de divers ouvrages dont les plus récents sont : Traité des baux d’habitation et professionnels (Le Moniteur, 2021), L’habitat choisi (Edition PC, 2022), le Plan Bâtiment Durable (Le Moniteur, 2022).
